TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GOLF PACKAGES

1. DEPOSIT:  A deposit of $100 per room is required to secure reservation.

2. BALANCE DUE:  The balance of the package is due seven calendar days prior to scheduled arrival.

3. PAYMENT METHOD:  We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS and U.S. currency in the form of money orders and checks.

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:  Written notice is required for all cancellations. Once tee times have been set, there will be a $10.00 per person charge for cancellation. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival.  Cancellations made less than seven days and more than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival will result in the loss of the $100 deposit.  No refunds will be given for unused portions of packages.  If package prices have been misprinted or misquoted, you will be offered the package at the correct price or you may cancel and receive a full refund.

5. GOLF ATTIRE:  The general dress code is resort wear. Golf shoes and shirts are required. All courses are spikeless.

6. RAIN POLICY:  Rainchecks or refunds are left to the discretion of the individual golf courses.  In the event of inclement weather, please contact the Doherty’s sales office. Refunds will be given if the golf course is closed or carts are not permitted on the course due to weather conditions.

7: UNLIMITED GOLF:  Golf is limited to one course per day at listed package price.  Carts are included for the first 18 holes only. Cart fees for additional golf must be paid upon arrival at golf course to guarantee tee times.  REPLAY TIMES NOT PAID FOR WILL BE CANCELLED. Golf at the Emerald, MPCC, St. Ives, Tullymore, Bucks Run and Pohlcat is limited to 18 holes at the package price.

8. ALCOHOL POLICY:  MICHIGAN LAW REQUIRES THAT ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES CONSUMED ON THE GOLF COURSES MUST BE PURCHASED ON PREMISES.

9. NON-GOLFING RIDERS:  Will be charged a cart fee at the course.
